Job Description

We’re looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to help us deliver successful Odoo implementations for our clients. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand their processes, configure Odoo modules, support testing, and guide clients through go-live. This role is focused on implementation and functional delivery, not heavy custom development.

Requirements

• ☑️

  Experience implementing Odoo or similar ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

• ☑️

  Strong understanding of business processes (Sales / Finance / Operations / Supply Chain)

• ☑️

  Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams

• ☑️

  Comfortable leading client workshops and presenting solutions

Nice to have

• ☑️

  Experience with Odoo Accounting

• ☑️

  Experience with integrations (API understanding is a plus)

• ☑️

  Experience working in an implementation partner/consulting company

• ☑️

  Odoo certification(s)

  Odoo is configured cleanly and matches business processes

  Projects go live on time, with minimal friction and strong adoption

Responsibilities

• ☑️

  Run discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows and business needs

• ☑️

  Translate business requirements into Odoo functional solutions

• ☑️

  Configure Odoo modules (depending on project): Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Project, Invoicing, etc.

• ☑️

  Create and maintain: process documentation, functional specifications, user guides (simple and practical)

• ☑️

  Support data import/migration (products, customers, suppliers, invoices, etc.)

• ☑️

  Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with client teams

• ☑️

  Deliver training sessions for end users

• ☑️

  Support go-live and hypercare (post-launch support)

• ☑️

  Work closely with developers when customization/integrations are required
